when an account is synched with EAS will these icons synchronize?

 

Normally in outlook the mail envelop icon changes with a forward Arrow or reply Arrow. but when multiple users are in the same mailbox the other user doesn't see the reply icon or forward icon because the icons aren't synched, so employers are answering the same mail twice.
