Smartermail 16.x - out going mail tracking

Hi there,
 
I have just upgraded my smartermail from an earlier verion to 16x. Previously l could set tracking of outgoing email via Events but after migration it's all gone. How could l set the same in version 16x?

Any existing system or user events should have been preserved with your upgrade. Did you find your events missing after upgrading to 16?
 
Can you explain what you mean by 'tracking outgoing email'? What did your previous event do?

Hi Andrea

Basically all the events l created with primary admin has vanished on migration. I now have to re-set all the events created earlier.

We basically use the event to track mails sent out by users by adding additional recipient so in that sense we track users out-going mail.
