Wont Activate

Hi,
Hoping someone can help and fast.
I have added my Product key which has now asked for my login details. I have entered these but pressing next does nothing.

All my clients emails are down until this has been activated

Panic over was entering the wrong password forgot it was sent by sales when they made my account
