SmarterMail Enterprise Edition: Version: 16.3.6474

 

Question 1: When internet go offline intermittent (split seconds) , email web client is not able to view message anymore. Can't the web client reconnect like Gmail? User require to refresh the page ans sign-in again.

 

Question 2:  When click message by message in the Inbox. You notice sometime the message does not display instantly and you see the big cycle turning like below screenshot. Is this acceptable or something we need check on the server/setup?
