Email Missing after Indexing

Hi

Is anybody able to assist or encountered situation that email missing after indexing. From the logs tracking, it just provide something as sample logs captured below.

There is confirm no IMAP or POP connection during the time and afterward, user is claimed email missing where had to using the available backup to restore the missing mail. Is any idea this issue could arise and any way to prevent similar situation happen in future.
