Ignored Domain / Account Settings

I have noticed that my users can connect to my email server via IMAP or POP3 regardless of whether I check the "Enable IMAP (or POP) Retrieval" checkbox or not.

Also, despite setting the account's "Initial Page on Login" to "My Inbox", it still brings my customers to their My Today Page, which is useless.

Any ideas?

Hi Mik. POP and IMAP Retrieval have nothing to do with regular POP and IMAP functionality. Message Retrieval allows users to access email on another server through the SmarterMail Web.
 
As for Initial Page on Login... have you tried clearing your browser cache and seeing if that resolves the issue? If not, you may want to reach out to SM support to report it as a bug.
