MailChimp emails not rendering properly

We use MailChimp for newsletters and group invitations. Currently, our desktop interface shows the html version of the email,, but does not display the graphics, just an empty space. The mobile interface displays a lot of blank space, if you scroll down enough you can get to the main message, but it runs off the screen. Graphics are not displayed and neither are the standard items at the bottome of the email.

If I open the email in MAC mail, it displays properly, so I am inclined to think this is a compatibility issue with smartermail, not a problem with the original emal sent from MailChimp.

Is this with v16 webmail? Or if not, what SM version / client?

no. We downgraded to SM 15.7 I can't say if this is a new or old problem, as we had been using Mac Mail to deliver our smartermail emails prior to this, and the regular app on cell phones to set up email delivery. now that we are trying to use the smartermail webinterface and the smartermail mobile app, we are noticing this.

One client is using emma (myemma.com) for mass email. They are still on SM v11(!), and those emails display fine in ST webmail whether they are designed using the emma UI or with HTML pasted into an emma design page. I will now need to check how these look in SM v15.x in the event that they choose to upgrade. And of course, will check with mailchip-generated emails as well.

THANKS. My personal email is on 5.5 :) Now noticing that tweets I get in my email from our business twitter feed are not displaying the photos/graphics either. Wondering if this is something with spam filtering or a domain setting of some sort
