Hi, Is it possible to run smartermail on one server while second server is running but has service stopped?

Hi Rogelio,

SmarterMail does support the configuration of Failover to act as a hot standby to your primary server, where two servers are installed and only one actively uses the license key at a time. I have read the article but in that scenario, one server is running and the other is down.

In my case, I need both servers running under a Load Balancer but one of them with SmarterMail Service Stopped.

I case of failure of server #1, a script running on a third server could start the service on server #2

Will it be possible this configuration ?
