Can't install Smartermail 16 in fresh newly installed Windows Server 2016 Standard -

Every time that i try to install Smartermail 16 in Windows Server 2016 Standard, the SMARTERMAIL iis web site does not function properly.

We just did a fresh server 2016 install and had no issues. What do you mean by iis does not function properly?
