"Subscribe" button does not seem to be working

Tried this in both Chrome and Firefox.

Thanks, Paul. We just deployed an Alpha build of SmarterTrack 13 to our servers. This build does feature some changes to live chat...and that may have affected the ability for users to subscribe to threads. (I can subscribe just fine in Chrome, but I'm an employee/agent/manager/admin...a lot of hats.) That said, I have noticed an issue in Firefox. Regardless, we're looking into it and should have a fix out shortly.

I tried it a couple of times in Chrome as well, I swear. But it does appear to be working now in both browsers Thanks!
