Importing Contacts via CSV

All of a sudden (it may be since the latest SM 16 update) I cannot import contacts via CSV. I set up a lot of my users on ActiveSync and Outlook won’t let you drag contacts from a PST into an ActiveSync account so I had been exporting them to CSV, logging into the SM web portal, and importing them. It was working fine but now all of a sudden every contact fails. It reads the CSV, asks me to map the fields (and shows the actual date being imported) but when I click ACCEPT ALL every contact fails. Major inconvenience.
 
EDIT: Upgraded to the latest version of SM. Still getting the error.

Hi Joe.  We did release a CSV fix in SmarterMail 16.1.6418.  It looks like you're running one minor version behind this build.  Upgrading to our latest release should fix this issue.

No good. Did the upgrade this morning, just tried to do an import and got this:

Contact importing is complete.

812 contacts loaded from file
812 contacts added
0 contacts skipped
0 contacts merged
812 contacts encountered an error
