Minor but important interface usability issues

Hello!

Our users are complaining about the following seemingly minor, but important usability issues that make their lives harder when working with the WebMail interface:
  1. Folder in the eMail tab can be expanded and collapsed. This works fine and the interface remembers their status after a logoff/login. However, if the user clicks on Calendar and then returns to Email, all of the folders are expanded.. There are users with a lot of folders and this is really annoying.
  2. When composing a new email, there`s a button (show less or -) which can be clicked on to collapse the list of formatting options. If the user clicks on that minus sign to collapse them, when they compose a new email again, the list is again expanded. The interface should remember the user`s preference and keep the last used setting.
Hopefully these can be solved soon as they do not seem to be major problems, but it`s stuff like these that annoy users and make them complain about the product.

Thank you!
