Content filter doesn't filter BCC email addresses - SM15

We have created a content filter which checks Email Header for specific email addresses and deletes the message in case the email address is in To, CC or BCC (the Email header). This works for To and CC , but does not work if the email address is in BCC.
As the email is received, if we check the email header of the received email, we can see the email address listed in BCC.
Is this by design or a bug in  SmarterMail ?

It's by design, but I'm not sure why. I'll add it to our Features list for a future minor release and turn this into an Idea.

This is also in Version 16 still not working. it would be nice if you could include the possibility to filter also on BCC in version 17.
