Hi all,

 

I`m trying to export the SM16 Help for users documentation for the sections that are of interest to our users, but when clicking on "View PDF", the images are not also exported. The only exception is for the Tasks section, where 1 picture is included in the PDF export.

 

Can something be done to have the pictures exported in the PDFs?

 

Also, all throughout the sections, "Cog" and "Burger" icons are referenced, but we have no idea which buttons the documentation or the pictures refer to. Especially with the Cog buttons - where are these?

 

The update to SM16 was already a shock in itself for the users due to the interface change (and they hate change), but I like it and especially after the June 30 update I find the interface to be speedy. However, it would be easier on the users if I could provide them with the PDFs that have accurate help information in them and show the pictures..
