Smartertrack keeps auto refreshing or something, difficult to work in.

While trying to type in a ticket or work in the system it continuously tries to auto refresh or something where the "waiting" bar appears and you have to wait 10-15 seconds before you can continue working.  This happens every 30 seconds or so.  It's becoming very difficult to work in.  I can't find anything in error logs to indicate anything going on.

Hi Dan.  A couple of questions please.  What's the full version of SmarterTrack you're using?  Are you running SmarterTrack in IIS?  What browser are you experiencing this issue in?

Sorry for the late reply.  We're running 12.5.6289.23710. We are running in IIS, Server 2012 R2. 
 
We experience the issue in both IE and Chrome.

Hi Dan.  This sounds like an IIS problem of some kind.  Make sure there's not multiple SmarterTrack sites pointed at the same application pool.  
 
If that's not the case, look in the Event Viewer under Windows Logs >> Application.  Filter the current log to only show Critical and Errors messages.  Look for any ASP.NET or Application Errors that may point towards what's happening.
 
After this, I would recommend a support ticket so that we can get on and take a further look into what's occurring.  I hope this helps.
