manage users in SM 16
Problem reported by Steve Barreth - 6/20/2017 at 6:00 AM

The UI seems like a complete FAIL!  not at all intuitive!   I am logged on as admin and can't find where I can see a list of users and aliases!   So far not happy with the look, feel, and performance of 16... Also not IE 11 friendly at all!!!!!

When logged in as a Domain Admin, on the apps menu dropdown, select Domain Settings. Users and Aliases were combined under "Accounts". So, select that menu item and you'll be able to manage both.

Hi Derek,

I think that showing the sub-navigation in the left-hand column might help with this:

I had a couple of people that were looking to manage their aliases and it's not as intuitive as it used to be (since everything was always in the left menu).

I figured it out. I have to sign in as admin (the root account) and then impersonate the admin to see all of the domain & user admin features I am used to. I suppose this is all due to the elevated privilege stuff that the industry is so hip on but I am sorry the UI is not intuitive to me! Would be nice to have a classic ui option
