SM 16 Mailing list subscribers sort by bounces
Problem reported by Matthew Shepard - 6/14/2017 at 8:31 AM
Resolved
We are having a problem sorting by bounces when looking at the subscribers in a mailing list. We go in and look at the list of subscribers and then click on bounces to sort it by bounces and the little sort arrow appears but the list does not change at all.

Thank you for the report, Matthew! I'm seeing this behavior as well in SmarterMail 16.0.6369. I'll send an update here when things are fixed!

Fantastic Thanks.

It is not fixed it seems. Clicking the "Bounces" header changes the list of emails displaying like it is ordering descending, but the bounces indicate 0 still. There are subscribers with 1 - 4 bounces.

I am unable to replicate this issue as stated.

I have tried adding subscribers in a way that would make it obvious the sort by bounces was working, and it does. I have tested subscriber's bounce counts incrementing. I've even had a subscriber's bounce count increment to the point they were booted from the list. So from what I can tell both bounces and the list sorting are working.

Do you have a particular way of replicating this? Are you sure that you have subscriber's with bounces? Also, are you on the latest release?

Yes, of course we are on the latest release :).

I've sent in ticket already about this with Matt showing screenshots. Yes, we do have subscribers with bounces

I just checked it. It looks for us that it only sorts the page you are on. If you have multiple pages of subscribers; then the first time you click it; it throws all the subscribers with more than zero bounces to the last page. After that every other time you click the "bounces" header, it only sorts that page.
