List of Mail account in Contacts

In the SmarterMail 16.X email account users can see full list of all email accounts under the Mail Domain. In pas in Contacts user could only see their own contact not list of all email accounts hosted under the mail domain.
 
Our client by some reason doesn't want his employees to see the full list of all email account and whats the users to be restricted to their own contacts.
 
is there anyway to hide list of email account in the contacts page of each email account?

When using SmarterMail Enterprise, there are 2 sources for Contacts: My Contacts and the Global Address List (GAL). The GAL is a directory of all users of a domain...or at least those that are added to the GAL. Restricting access to the GAL on a per-user basis isn't a problem..that's how the GAL works. So, what I did was change this thread to an Idea instead of a Problem.
