SM16 Randomly doesn't send attachements

We have noticed e-mails made with attachments, will randomly be sent without the attachments. My users have been confirming there are attachments in the bottom of the email prior to hitting send. They are not getting the "No items attached" error from smartermail. We have also noticed the version of the email saved to the "Sent Folder" does not show having attachments.

One of my users has noticed a pattern for him. If he double-clicks to open the e-mail in a new window and then replys or forwards with attachements it will not send the attachments. If he just hits reply or forward from the main screen while the e-mail is selected and displayed in the preview pan it will send the attachment. I have not be able to replicate this pattern for my e-mail though.

Duplicating that would be important for us to fix because its such a unique issue...  Maybe related to the speed of his machine, browser, size of attachment or something.  Any chance we can get a video from that user from start to end.

We had this issue. In the latest version I believe you made it so that you couldn't send until the file was uploaded. We had one user that said attachments weren't going through and that was the issue. Since then they haven't had the problem.
