SM16 (June Build): Attempting to connect to server error for Chat

Chat shows - attempting to connect to server, whereas in the beta it was working.
This is in the latest version of SmarterMail 16 (June build)
 
I am unable to see any of the users listed also.

I don't know that we've had any other reports of this, and we use group chat all day, every day here in the office.
 
If you use the dev tools in Chrome, are there any errors in the console? And what browser are you using?

I have toe same issue. From the time of upgrading to 16 from 15 my users have not been able to use the chat feature. I get the same "attempting to connect to chat" message. Strangely enough it works using the "eM Client" mail applicaton, but not in its native web application /browsers.
