We have quite a few users that have complained that they get logged out of smartermail whenever a new window popup happens such as when the user goes to new, reply, edit a draft, ect. Making sure the "remember me" flag is set on login helps; but sometimes it doesn't work quite right and they are still asked to put in their login information.
