Being Fixed
Tough to figure out SM16 when online help crashes..
I click to Open the Online Help, then search for, let's say "mailing lists".  Yay!  It's showing a couple topics I'd like to read.  So, I click on the first link "Mailing lists (100%)".. nothing happens. Oh! Chrome is subtly warning me that the page wants to load scripts from unauthenticated sources.  I forge ahead and "Load unsafe scripts" only to get this blech..   (same thing happens when I copy-paste the link directly to the addy bar too):

Server Error in '/SmarterMail/v16' Application.

Thanks, Michael. We've not seen this issue pop up, but we'll look into it.

So, what it looks like is happening is the indexing of Help is off. That "mailing lists" item you found in your search is actually pointing to a page that's moved. We'll get that taken care of and a new version published shortly.

Michael,

While this issue is being resolved, here's a PDF version of the documents currently available in the Mailing List folder:

Hope it helps!
