Have a user using Outlook 2016 with ActiveSync.  This morning his calendar disappeared after a windows update.  No problem I thought....stopped SM services tonight, restored the calendar file from a backup, re-started SM services, but still no calendar when impersonating his account.
 
This has happened to him 3 times now - the first 2 times the restore process worked perfect.  This time a no-go
 
Thoughts?  anything I could be missing?
