Folder moves in Smartermail and EAS

We know there is an issue with Smartermail and EAS Outlook folder moves, my question is:
Is the movement, reorganisation of mail folders better in 16 than it currently is in 15 which is very rudimentary
If so then I will update to 16 and inform the Outlook users only to reorganise their mail folders in Smartermail and not touch Outlook with regard to mail folder reorganisation

Viv, a number of EAS related fixes are to be found in the SmarterMail v16 release. We're currently working internally, and with our users to confirm resolution of existing issues and identify any new ones. If you run into specific issues with this, I definitely recommend submitting a support ticket so we can take a closer look.

Are these fixes different to the ones in 15 as the issues certainly remain there?

I have moved to version 16, lets hope folder management is not as flakey there
