I followed the instructions (I believe) on how to upgrade from SM 15 to 16 and the service appears to be running, but I cannot login with any user account (admin, or regular user email). SM 16 is running on the same IIS Site set up for our the previous version.
When I navigate to my mail.domain.com site, the new login page displays, however if I attempt to log in using credentials I used in the previous version I get "Username or password is incorrect". The other thing that I noticed is if I click the SmarterMail icon on my server (which basically just takes you to 127.0.0.1:9998) I see a message: "The server is not responding or cannot be reached. Please try again later. If the problem continues, please check your internet connection or contact your system administrator for assistance."
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
