SM16 - Cyren anti-spam not working?

None of my incoming e-mail has a Commtouch/Cyren spam score in the header.  Licensing shows it active and licensed, but man I'm getting hammered with spam ever since the upgrade.  Here's an example header:

Robert, are you sure Cyren is activated? I don't see the Commtouch score in the X-SmarterMail-Spam: header. Here's a sample from one of the messages in my inbox:
X-SmarterMail-Spam: SPF_Pass, Commtouch 0 [value: Unknown], Message Sniffer 0 [code:0], ISpamAssassin 0 [raw: 0], DKIM_Pass

Looks like it was a COM registration error on the install. Fixed now!
