A quick overview of my proposed idea that really should be there to begin with, today I ran a few spam reports on a few domains and noticed that there's several accounts listed on the report that were deleted for quite sometime on several domains. I logged into the server console and checked the stats folder to find that the previously deleted accounts are still in there. So the previously deleted accounts have folders that are abandoned and left here.

 

So my proposed idea is to have SmarterMail delete the corresponding stat folder for that user when you remove them from the accounts list of a domain. That way the report is not bloated out with accounts that don't exist any longer. Currently we can't manually remove those folders because it will crash the reporting in SM. I learned this the hard way and had to put those folders back in one of the domains I tested this on. So there really needs to be a cleanup method implemented in SM to take care of this automatically. I'm sure I'm not the only one to notice this.
