Problem with default language

It's seems like in the newer version of smartertrack it's not possible to change default language of the product. Even when from Language and Locale we set it to any language other than Default English it just keep loading from English one.
We tried completely disabling English and removing it. Still it keep loading English as default...
 
Does anyone have a way around this issue?
