Hi everyone. I have a client who is using SmarterMail version 15.4.6151. He is unable to set up an email account with EWS on Outlook for Mac 2016 and Apple Mail. Both applications are having trouble authenticating, but he can log on with Web Based Mail with the same creds, It seems to be rejecting the username and password. He is using Username and Password as the authentication type and yes, he is using his full email address as the username. Any ideas? Thanks!
