I have a client that wants to apply for a sound permit with the local police dept.  However, it's based on 1st come 1st serve.  My client wants to use my list server to accomplish this and send several hundred emails the same address.  However, when I created the list, SmarterMail removed duplicates.  Where does smarter mail hold the list and subscribers?  Can I turn this off?
