HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

This error appears when I try to open my smartermail from my favorites menu or the link on it. When I try to login via the login area it says that my account information is incorrect. Please help. My business depends on this.

Hi Matt.  This sounds like the SmarterMail Application Pool has been stopped within IIS on the server.

Okay, how do I fix that.

Hi Matt. Open IIS and expand the AppPools on the left. Find the SmarterMail AppPool in the list, right click it and start it.
