Password Reset

Hello All,
 
When my users call with forgot password issues, we reset the passwords for them. Once the user logins with the password we provide, the system never prompts them for changing the password. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere that would force the users to change the password once we "reset" it?
 
I know there are options like backup email rescue etc. we can use, we choose not to because of things like disgruntled employees getting access through those avenues while the firing has not been reported to the admins.
