When creating an incoming ticket (for a user who didn't bother to), I've noticed an issue that I don't think we had on the previous version.
I selected the group, then a particular agent, and then the Incoming Ticket checkbox.
However once I ciick the Send button it assigns the ticket to me, not the agent that I selected from the drop down. I'm able to then transfer it away from me to him, but shouldn't it go straight to him in the first place?
