I have accidentally deleted an email from my 'deleted emails' folder when I was supposed to be moving it back into my inbox, is there any way to retrieve this email as it is important and cannot be found anywhere! Thanks

maybe into backups ?
If not, it's time to do backups !

Are you system administrator or end user of a Smartermail server ?

So you have to backup Smartermail files or your entire server. It's the job of a system admin.

Hi John,
Maybe you can have the sender find the message in their Sent Items and resend it? Just an idea.
