Hello,

I writing to you, as beleive your site as an expert, and will know how to help or guide.

I'm have start using ecommerce Prestashop and when trying to integrate smartermail parameters, I'm getting bellow error.

For additional info: smartermail byself is working fine. Also adding account into Outlook Works.

"Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username <username(AT)mydomain.com> using 2 possible authenticators

Solved. Strange, but I was just need to change password under username profile.
