Manual bounce for Spool?

Is there a plan to add the ability to manually bounce a spooled message? Reason I ask is because there have been times when emails sit in our spool for quite sometime. I know we could shorten the time frame, currently we have it set to 4 days but it would be a nice feature to allow a system admin to manually bounce a message. That way the user doesn't have to wait 4 days to get a notification back that the message they sent was not delivered because they had a spelling error the email address.
