What port number

I have looked at the log files and I don't see where the port number being used for a specific email is.

I am testing an application and I want to make sure its using a secure port when it sends.
 
Where can I see that information?

Hi David. If you set your application to authenticate and use a secure port, it should send using the port that you specified. What makes you think it may not be? Or are you just trying to verify without a doubt that it is using one?
