Content filtering - replace blocked attachment with a notification to the end user

Proposed
On the subject of Content filtering in SM, it would be nice to be able to create a rule in the content filtering section to replace a blocked attachment with say a text file or just append text to an email notifying the user when they get the email. This way, instead of deleting, bouncing or moving the email somewhere, the user still gets the original message but not the blocked attachment.

This is something that a previous anti-spam product we used in the past did. So we would specify a list of attachments to block and when the email made it through the spam filter it would notify the end user that the attachment was stripped out due to policy reasons. That way the user could contact the sender of the email and notify them to send a different attachment to them. So for instance, if we block all ZIP attachments for a domain and the domain user gets a legitimate email from a supplier that has a zip attachment, they would still receive the message but not the attachment if it was a zip file. That way if the user really does need whatever the attachment was, they could contact the sender and ask them to send the email with a different attachment that was allowed.

Not sure if this has been brought up in the past but, here it is again. What does everyone think? Would this be something everyone would be interested?
