How is TotalSpamWeight calculated?

Hello everybody
 
I use SM15 and in the last few weeks a lot of good mails are marked as spam. When I look at the header I find something like this:

I don't understand why I get a TotalSpamWeight of 24. How is this calculated?

I am wondering the same thing, especially how do you give more weight on
