Only four icons in left menu moving ST to a new server

Hi, I'm moving ST to a new server, old server was on ver.11.1 windows server 2008 R2 new server has 12.3 Windows server 2012.
After the installation, when I log on as administrator, I see only 4 icons: new ticket, live chat, reports and settings.
 
I've tried installing on clean directory, with the existing database, with the same result.
 
Is this because the installation isn't activated yet?

Hi Stefano.  Once you re-activate the license, you should see the rest of the icons.
