One of my clients has requested all emails from several users in their domain.  I am having to search the archive by to, from for each user. The problem is this is a lot of messages.  One user had over 75K messages, and some of those have attachments.  We are talking about Gigs of data here.  At first when I tried to download, it would timeout ("Says Oops, there was an issue that caused this page to malfunction") , then I increased the timeout limit to 30 minutes, and then even that wasn't long enough.  My server is not slow, it has 6 x 250GB Samsung SSD drives in raid 6.  Is there any faster way to pull these messages, or do I just need to increase the timeout limit to 24 hours or something else obscene.  Any thoughts.
