Getting too many Spams

HI,
 
We've been getting lot of spams & unwanted mails lately, also many users are getting virus mails 
 
We've SM 14 entp with ClamAV & SpamAssasian setting as per Bruce's Spam setting guidelines
 
Funny thing is that when we block a domain in SMTP Blocking than also they manage to reach out to users
 
we've blocked domain name & email ID in Security --> SMTP Blocking --> SMTP Block Type --> EHELO Domain --> efinmail.com 
 
still users are receiving mails from this domain name 
 
any help will be useful, Thanks in advance

The domain was probably whitelisted , either system wide, or one or more users.
 
We prohibit whitelisting, spam overrides, and ither user riutung capabilities because of the headaches tbey create.
 
You literally have to check every user account and domain to clear them out. One user had mire than 1,500 routing rules setup, with many forwarding to accounts which no longer exists, and didn't understand why she was receiving her e-mail. Block and disabled whitelisting - server wide.
