custom favicon.ico

Hi, this is a small request and so easy to do.  To allow clients a bit more flexibility with branding can we please upload a custom favicon.ico for the cloud platform?
 
So easy to do with the self-hosted platform by just replacing the smartertack favicon.ico with one of your own design saved as "favicon.ico".
 
Nothing against the little white guy with the orange background but it would be nice to have my own company icon instead.

Can be done on any website by creating a favicon and dropping it ito the root directory of the website. There are several tools with which to create facicons. Just Google and follow the instructions.

yes I am aware of that, my question is about the cloud platform that I dont have access to, only the staff at smartertools do. I asked them if I could create my own favicon, upload it and have them use it in place of the default one and I got the answer that this is not currently supported! Hence my question and feature request that smartertools allow customers using their cloud platform to upload their own favicon to be used in place of the default.

Bruce, your portal.chicagonettech.com is also still using the default favicon!

In SmarterTrack 13.x (which is coming soon!), Administrators using both Hosted SmarterTrack and self-licensed installations will be able to upload a custom favicon per brand. Learn more at the link below, and be sure to upgrade to SmarterTrack 13.x at its release!
