Plesk Updates and SmarterMail
Question asked by Bruce Barnes - 9/6/2016 at 1:40 PM
Unanswered
I have a new customer who is running PLESK 11.1 on his server as the interface for his web and SmarterMail configurations.  He is currently running Plesk 11.1 and, according to the Plesk change-logs, 12.3 provides the necessary updates to work properly with SmarterMail 15.3.

In as much as I am not someone who regularly installs, or updates, Plesk, here is my question:

Is it safe to use the "Install Now" function, shown in the image below, or is it better to download the full package from PLESK and run it as a separate update?

Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone may be able to offer me.
