Cyren and ClamAV

We just purchased Cyren and I wanted to know if I should now disable ClamAV or is it safe to run both?

On a side note, what happened to live chat?

You used to be able to interact with the ST staff via chat which made asking simple questions very easy.

Is that now gone in lieu of burning support tickets or asking the community?

It should be available to you in the bottom right hand corner. Is there a live chat button there for you?

You can run both if you wish, you may wanna adjust your scoring if you are getting false positives.

It only prompted me to submit a ticket after filling out the form and not seeing a solution in the KB.

Perhaps there were simply no agents online but the presentation of that information appears to be missing...

Last version of the corporate site clearly indicated if agents were online and available

Matt I can see where to set scoring limits for SPAM but not viral?

oh I see, yea. If either report a virus it will be pulled. There is no problem running both, especially if your checking viruses.
