When I release a new version of a product, the KB articles are very similar, but some slightly different.  It's always a pain in the rear, because I have to create a folder and nested sub folders to match the prior product, then go into each folder for the older program and copy all the articles and place in the new folder.

 

It would be nice to be able to right-click on a folder and have a recursive copy option to replicate the folder and all contents to then place where needed.  This would save hours and hours of work.    

 

This would be also nice for the canned responses too.
