I have a very bad issues just happen 17 hours ago. We contacted SmarterTools support and they check on the problem.
They told us that it could be due to the .NET framework corrupted so we decide to create a brand new server and migrate to the new server. During the migration, we keep starting the services on the old server.
Once we moved into the new server, we are hoping that the issue will be done. However, we are wrong. The application crash within 5 mins.
Do anyone else experience this problem before?
