Feature Request - Content Filtering

We had a customer interested in appending text to the body of messages. Specifically, external messages with attachments. They wanted to add a small warning to the top of the messages.

I was able to get close with "Settings - Domain Settings - Filtering - Content Filtering". I was able to prefix the subject for external messages with attachments. We would just like the "append to body" option.
