Replace single click with double click on user's email address to open the details window; if the action was performed from a live chat window, the default opened tab should be previous chats (same behavior for emails). As a solution, it can be solved either by:

1. insert a copy button next to user email address, which will copy the email address by a single mouse click

2. insert a blank space before and after the email address (e.g. "( john.doe@yahoo.com )"
