Display the number of chats and emails in user's details window

When opening the user's details window SmarterTrack to display total the number of chats and emails for that respective user.

For clarification: Is your request simply to add a flag displaying the total number of items for the tabs in the User Details window (Tickets, Live Chats, Calls, Surveys, etc.)?

Hi Andrea,

A flag showing the number for each item in the User Details window, meaning how many interactions so far for this user on chat, how many tickets, how many calls, how many surveys if applicable etc.

Hi Radu! There's not a set number of votes required to make it happen. Our developers will discuss this addition and would likely include it in a minor release, if implemented.
